This Ford farm multi award-winning Cave Aged Goats Cheese is made using British goats milk using the same artisanal techniques as the Wookey Hole Cave Aged Cow’s Milk Cheddar. Using the traditional recipes and methods that date back many centuries. Perfectly paired with a young, fresh white wine with good acidity is great match with this mild, savoury cheese with just enough goaty notes! Perhaps a Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire in France like Sauvignon Blanc, Vigneron de Valencay or maybe a Gruner Veltliner from Austria such as Lois GV, Weingut Fred Loimer.
