Our Great Taste Award-winning raspberry jam is always a winner, especially for cream teas (now that’s got you smacking your lips!). The addition of a little vanilla in our recipe takes it to another level by adding richness and fullness to the flavour. The vanilla also makes it work wonderfully in a victoria sponge cake.
