What better way to fortify a Yorkshire made chutney than with a traditional Yorkshire ale, straight from the famous Black Sheep Brewery in Masham. We think of this recipe as ‘rich’ because this chutney has a very mouth-filling flavour - well, it would, wouldn't it, with all that plum, apple, sultana and ale! It tastes wonderful with cold meats, cheeses and has enough ‘oomph’ to work well with game.
Suitable for vegan diets.
Ingredients: Plums, Malt Vinegar (Barley), Apple, Sugar, Sultana, Black Sheep Ale (Wheat, Barley), Salt, Paprika, Cinnamon, Garlic, Ground Black Pepper, Curry Powder (Mustard), Ginger, Mixed Spice.
