Our Worcester Sauce & Shallots Mature Cheddar is a tribute to depth of flavour and a very 'English' flavour profile - the tang of mature cheddar that's accentuated here by the complex acidity of worcester sauce, coupled with the gentle sweetness and savoury notes of the shallots. This is a cheese that tastes 'big, warm, and with a hint of spiciness'. Try it on toast, with digestive biscuits, or alongside a beetroot-based salad.
Ingredients: Mature Cheddar Cheese (contains milk and potassium sorbate 0.2% as a preservative), Worcestershire Sauce (7.5%, contains barley, anchovies and garlic), Dried Shallots (7.5%).
