A mono floral honey which the bees have gathered from borage pollination. Very light in colour with a very slight green/yellow tinge. It has a very delicate flavour and is also very smooth on the palette. Goes well with Greek yogurt and summer fruits. Delicious drizzled on feta cheese, or on cereal.
