We know many of you will say what’s a Yuzu? Well for those of you who haven’t yet met this exotic fruit, Yuzu is a sour Japanese citrus fruit, used both for its juice and its aromatic rind. The yuzu (which is about the size of a tangerine) has an aroma and flavour that is distinct from any other citrus fruit, a sort of cross between grapefruit, lime and mandarin orange.
In addition to its unique taste, the yuzu fruit is also high in vitamin C, rich in antioxidants and full of exotic flavour. Here it is blended with Sicilian Lemon Juice & Turmeric for a delightful taste of the Orient. Bright, Vibrant & Citrusy this little number is both refreshing and uplifting.
