The perfect complement to Yau's sauces, these Chow Mein noodles are the same as those used in restaurants throughout the UK. They're made without eggs and so are suitable for vegans. This thinner variety is quicker to prepare and light in texture. They cook easily and won't stick to your pan. Simply soak, drain and serve with your other stir-fried ingredients. For a crispier finish, add a little oil and return to the wok with your other ingredients until heated through. The noodles won't soak up as much oil as others may and remain lightly textured and pliable without any sogginess. Just make sure you keep the wok hot!
