then sliced and packaged in a protected atmosphere.
Product without added polyphosphates, no lactose or dairy products, no added glutamate, gluten free.

Ingredients: Pork belly, salt, dextrose, spices, natural flavourings, preservatives: E250. (Smoked with beechwood).
